Affiliate Disclosure

At Torquay Select Homes, we maintain transparency regarding our business relationships and revenue sources.

Affiliate Commissions

This website earns affiliate commissions when you click through and register with online casinos featured in our reviews and comparisons. These commissions are a primary source of revenue that helps us operate and maintain this service.

Editorial Independence

We want to be absolutely clear: affiliate commissions do not influence our editorial rankings, reviews, or recommendations. Our casino reviews are based on objective criteria including game variety, security, customer service, licensing, and user experience. We maintain editorial independence from our affiliate partners.

Identifying Affiliate Links

Affiliate links are clearly marked throughout our site with the label "Affiliate Link" or "Visit Casino" buttons that lead to partner websites. These links contain tracking codes that identify referrals from our site.

Australian Compliance

This disclosure complies with the Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) Code of Ethics and Australian Consumer Law requirements for transparent disclosure of affiliate relationships. We comply with all relevant Australian gambling advertising regulations.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for understanding the terms and conditions of any casino you choose to join. We recommend reviewing each operator's licence, responsible gambling policies, and terms before creating an account or depositing funds. This website does not provide financial or gambling advice.
